I'm here to work with you, not just for you.I’ve been the person designing the 50-page strategy deck at a Big Four Consultancy. I’ve also been the person in the system fixing broken data flows at 11 PM. I know the gap between what is promised in a pre-sales meeting and what is actually possible. Early in my consulting career, I learned that even the most complex operations are only successful if the teams on the other side feel supported. Since then, I've worked with organisations from startups to global multinationals across Europe and North America to solve their biggest HRIS challenges.That's why I started Harriss Works
